    Batch 01 begins January 2027. This 200-hour pathway is designed for committed practitioners who want to deepen their understanding and for future teachers ready to develop a grounded, authentic voice.

    The curriculum brings Hatha and Vinyasa foundations together with anatomy, yoga philosophy, intelligent sequencing, alignment, inclusive cueing, ethics, observation and practical teaching experience.
